Clarity Consults
One-on-one consult sessions with Melissa aimed at discovering clarity, focus and ease in alignment with your purpose are available to past and current clients and by referral.

Facilitation
There are many good reasons to have a meeting, and there are too many meetings without good reason. Melissa’s approach to facilitation starts with the question “Why are you meeting?”
To help clients maximize the value of meetings for all involved, Melissa provides meeting design, preparation, facilitation and follow-up services for everything from a single meeting event to recurring online meetings. The service is available to past and current clients and by referral. Minimum facilitation project fee is $750.
On Retainer
Melissa provides perspective, strategy and concrete work for purpose driven organizations at levels that are particularly valuable during periods of change.
Retainer engagements of 6 to 12 months are available to established clients and by referral.
